As Assistant Manager Accounts my areas of responsibilities are as follows:

n Preparation of financial statement monthly and annually.
n Closing of Accounts on Monthly basis
n Prepare monthly cash flow statement and fund position of the company
n Prepare weekly reports as per management requirement
n Checking of With Holding Tax deduction and reconciliation of parties
n Checking and posting of Vouchers in ERP
n Preparation of parties reconciliation and check & control on receipts and payments
n Maintain ledgers, subsidiary ledgers and trial balance
n Liaison work with internal and external auditors, banks and regulatory agencies
n Keep an eye on Financing of companies by preparing daily reports on financing
n Checking of reconcile bank on daily and monthly basis, Monthly reconciliation of stocks
n checking and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents

n Reconcile bank on daily and monthly basis, Monthly reconciliation of stocks

During the period of more than 4 years with the Audit firms, I have been involved in various assignments including full scope audit to forensic audits and risk advisory services, limited compliance reviews, agreed upon procedures, special certifications in accordance with the regulatory requirements etc.
